What does Tintly actually make?
Tintly develops your weekly marketing angles, writes on-brand copy, creates visual post slides, and generates fresh ideas tailored to your product and audience. You approve every piece before it goes anywhere.
Which platforms are supported?
On Pro, auto-posting is available for X and LinkedIn. Instagram, TikTok, and Threads are labelled coming soon. On Starter, you can copy and publish the generated assets anywhere yourself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with one click from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep full access until the end of your prepaid period, and your card will never be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable once billed. If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, contact support within 14 days and we'll fix it. See our refund policy for full details.
Is my brand data used to train AI models?
Tintly doesn't train models on your data. Your material goes to AI providers only through paid API tiers, and xAI and Google state that API data isn't used for training. We also use TypeSafe to route your chat messages; we are still confirming its data terms. The privacy policy has the provider list and retention.
